Dielectric Layer Impact on Electrodynamic Parameters of Open Resonators

Abstract

An impact of dielectric layer parameters on electrodynamic features of open resonators has been established both theoretically and experimentally. A possibility is shown of resonator oscillation spectrum control by varying dielectric permittivity and layer thickness.
