Read-out control system for high resolution time-to-digital converter

Abstract

The paper describes the read-out control system for high resolution time-to-digital converter (TDC). The used TDC is mentioned with its parameters. The block diagram of the read-out system is shown and the blocks are described. The measurements are presented in different set-ups, which are described in corresponding chapters. The results taken from the measurements are discussed.
