A Survey on Selfish Node Detection in Mobile Ad Hoc Network

Abstract

Mobile Ad-hoc Networks are self-configuring, infrastructure-less network for connecting the mobile devices. Security for this network is a big issue because of its frequently changing topology and dynamic nature. Some of its nodes behave selfishly while preserving their own energy, thus the quality of the network goes down.
