Knowledge is the organization’s most important strategic resource that can provide organizations with a sustainable competitive advantage. The purpose of this paper is to theatrically address (OK) and intercept its main roots in (CMT). Abstract

Knowledge Management (KM) has received a good deal of interest from scholars in the educational and practitioner arena. The majority of their research focuses on topics such as knowledge typology, knowledge transfer and creation, and knowledge storage and retrieval.
