This paper first introduces the domestic and foreign research status and theoretical basis based on literature research of previous scholars with literature research method. Secondly, it introduces the development environment of apparel e-commerce enterprises, the current production and operation characteristics of apparel ecommerce and how these characteristics will guide enterprises to develop comprehensive budget management. After analyzing deeply to the case companies, this paper finds the positive impact of big data analysis technology on overall budget management and finds the problem of enterprise comprehensive budget management caused by the inadequate investment and application of big data analysis technology. And then this paper gives the improvement suggestions according to the problems. This research is of great significance to the transformation of sales methods, bookkeeping methods and financial management of traditional apparel companies. Abstract

With the rise of social networks, the Internet of Things, and cloud computing, big data and big data application are becoming popular research areas. In terms of business, the combination of economy and big data has become an inevitable development trend. 大数据背景下服装电子商务企业全面预算管理研究——以H集团为例
随着社交网络、物联网、云计算的兴起,大数据和大数据应用正在成为热门的研究领域。在商业方面,经济与大数据的结合已成为必然的发展趋势。本文主要研究大数据应用于服装电商企业全面预算管理的流程、方法和效果。本文首先在前人文献研究的基础上,运用文献研究法介绍了国内外的研究现状和理论基础。其次,介绍了服装电子商务企业的发展环境,服装电子商务目前的生产经营特点,以及这些特点将如何指导企业开展全面预算管理。通过对案例企业的深入分析,发现了大数据分析技术对全面预算管理的积极影响,发现了大数据分析技术投入和应用不足导致企业全面预算管理存在的问题。并针对存在的问题提出了改进建议。本研究对传统服装企业的销售方式、记账方式和财务管理的转变具有重要意义。结合大数据技术,传统服装企业将向标准化、高效化方向发展。
