DEVELOPMENT OF LEGAL LITERACY: AN EXPERIENCE OF CREATING GUIDANCE SUPPORT

Abstract

The article discusses the correlation between the «functional competence» and «legal literacy» terms, analyzes approaches to defining the term «legal literacy»; also, it provides an example of developing interactive legal games designed to practically engage the students of the different education levels to learn legal material to form legal consciousness and legal awareness of a modern person and citizen.
