Abstract

The paper presents a structural and logical diagram and an analytical description of the differential diagnosis of aseptic and septic loosening of the cup of an artificial hip joint endoprosthesis using spectral-selective laser autofluorescence microscopy of coordinate distribution maps (MIF) and correlation (MCF) fluorescence intensity of polycrystalline films of synovial fluid (SF). The results of the statistical analysis [1-5] of the distributions of the MIF and MCF values of polycrystalline SF films of patients from the control group and groups with different severity of pathology of the hip joint are presented.
