The SSPA was composed of a power unit, a remote control unit and 2 microwave amplifier units. The 2 microwave amplifier units work independently and are backups of another. The SSPA shows good electrical properties of output power 28.46dBm, wide bandwidth 50MHz, high power stability 0.2dB, gain flatness 0.1db and IM3 16.49dBc. The SSPA is assembled by 3 stacked layers, which can be replaced according to different demand parameters. The body dimensions and weight of the SSPA are 240mm × 142 mm × 58 mm and 2 kg, respectively.
