The MLRC-CLA algorithm gradually selects the appropriate resolution for the viewer based on the viewer's network bandwidth and sends that particular resolution the viewer. Abstract

Video streaming over the internet without buffering is a challenging task. The requirements in this field actually include an almost lossless compression of video to be provided to the customer with a minimum bandwidth.
