Abstract

When designing microwave transceiver modules, it is necessary to use accurate chip models, and there are few researches on multi-function chip behavioral models in the industry. In this paper, a vector network analyzer is used to test the multi-function chip WND0139H to obtain the power-related S- parameters, then the S2D model is extracted, and finally packaged into a complete multi-function chip behavioral model. Using this model, it is possible to select the transmitting and receiving modes, as well as different attenuation and phase-shift states, and characteristics such as S-parameters, noise figure, and gain compression are obtained in simulation tool.
