Abstract

Previous OAM researches have focused on capacity analysis which has derived and improved by the orthogonality between OAM modes. However, the practical approach has a lack of attentions and is required to provide the feasible channel model. The channel model must include divergence issue and distorted channels. Therefore, this paper proposes a geometrical UCA transceiver and a generalized system model for orbital angular momentum (OAM) with alerting the divergence factor (DF) and distorted channels from multiple reflectors. This paper analyzes the outage performance (OP) of OAM transmission in the reflected channel and investigate numerical results based on the simulations and equations.
