Abstract

In cognitive radio (CR) networks, secondary users (SUs) may have various applications such as video streaming and file transfer, resulting in different bandwidth requirements. In this paper, we propose a Quality of Experience (QoE) based resource allocation scheme for mixed services over spectrum underlay cognitive radio networks.
