Abstract

Article investigate the influence of competence on performance, competence on job satisfaction, job satisfaction on performace, and competence on performance through job satisfaction. The literature study were based on empirical studies from any national and international journals. Data collected by using a search engine methods. The results suggest that competence has positive significant effect on performance, competence has positive significant effect on job satisfaction,job satisfaction has positive significant effect on performace, and competence has positive significant effect on job satisfaction through job satisfaction.
工作满意度对员工绩效的影响:文献研究
本文通过工作满意度考察胜任力对绩效的影响、胜任力对工作满意度的影响、工作满意度对绩效的影响、胜任力对绩效的影响。文献研究是基于国内外期刊的实证研究。数据的收集采用了搜索引擎的方法。结果表明:胜任力对绩效有正向显著影响,胜任力对工作满意度有正向显著影响,工作满意度对绩效有正向显著影响,胜任力通过工作满意度对工作满意度有正向显著影响。
