Electron transport coefficients are also calculated in radio-frequency electric and magnetic fields crossed at arbitrary phases and angles. Abstract
A multi term theory for solving the Boltzmann equation and a Monte Carlo simulation technique are used to calculate electron transport coefficients in the mixtures of CF3I and SF6 as a function of the applied electric field.
