This research used Ribbed Smokes Sheet (RSS) as natural rubber, combined with Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR) as synthetic rubber. The formulation of rubber compound used 100, 70, 50 and 30 phr of RSS, and 0, 30, 50 and 70 phr of SBR . The observed parameters for compounds were hardness (ASTM D 2240), tensile strength(ASTM D 412), elongation at break (ASTM D 412), modulus 3 1 0% (ASTM D 412), tear resistance (ASTM D 624), abrasion (ASTM D 298), and compression set 25%. The result showed that the best compound was formula III ( contained 50 phr of RSS and 50 phr of SBR) with the test result for hardness was 68 Shore A, t ensile s trength 120 kg/cm 2 , e longation at b reak 355 %, m odulus 100% was 25 kg/cm 2 , t ear resistance 33kg/cm 2 , abrasion resistance 2,4 mm 3 /kgm , and compression set 25% value was 23%. 本研究旨在研制符合其技术规范的家具用橡胶台阶,该技术规范接近SNI 06-7032-2004《汽车用橡胶台阶》。本研究以罗纹烟片(RSS)为天然橡胶,与苯乙烯丁二烯橡胶(SBR)为合成橡胶。胶料配方采用100、70、50、30份/分的RSS和0、30、50、70份/分的SBR。观察到的化合物参数为硬度(ASTM D 2240)、抗拉强度(ASTM D 412)、断裂伸长率(ASTM D 412)、模数3.1 0% (ASTM D 412)、抗撕裂性(ASTM D 624)、耐磨性(ASTM D 298)和压缩集25%。结果表明,最佳配比为配方III(含50 phr的RSS和50 phr的SBR),其硬度为68邵氏A,拉伸强度为120 kg/ cm2,断裂伸长率为355%,弯曲率100%为25 kg/ cm2,拉伸阻力33kg/ cm2,耐磨性2,4 mm 3 /kgm,压缩设定25%值为23%。关键词:橡胶台阶,RSS, SBR,家具
