Abstract

With the continuous progress of global economy and sci & tech, the demand for various kinds of energy is increasing exponentially, and the energy industry is also developing on an unprecedented scale. Wind energy is a widely used new energy, with the characteristics of cleanness and environmental protection. It is one of the new energy sources with the most mature research technology and the highest degree of development and utilization. At present, the environmental economic dispatch with wind farm has become a very important research topic. Due to the randomness and volatility of wind force, the conventional power system analysis, dispatching and control methods are facing new challenges.
