Abstract

Increasing the level of development of systems and means of dispatching and operational automated control is based on the introduction of real-time technologies based on the use devices of phasor measurement unit (PMU). The «SO UPS» has created in Russia a wide area monitoring system (WAMS), in which by means of PMU the registration of parameters of the energy regime was realized. [1].
