Abstract

In this work, the dynamic model of DFIG with rotor short circuit fault is suggested. In this model, an H_infinity observer based flaw estimation and analysis scheme is developed. In order to assure the stability system, a fault compensator of a winding short circuit flaw is established and combined with the conventional system controller. Finally, the simulation results of the rotor short circuit effects and the proposed approach performance are developed and represented using Matlab/Simulink.
