A physical model of pyrolysis reactor has been developed, which is intended for the study of rheology of whole waste tires during their heating and compression. In prospect, this model will improve the technology of thermal recycling of waste tires and increase the reactor fill factor up to 98%. Abstract

The publication studies the characteristics of compression of a batch of whole waste tires. The process of their dynamic compression in a pyrolysis is modeled.
