Analysis on the Information Management of University Electronic document in the Big Data Era

Abstract

At present, China is rapidly moving into the Era of Data and big data will gradually become a part of the infrastructure of modern society. Moreover, the leading position and digitization of electronic document is becoming the basic support for the development of document management in Universities. Affected by big data, the work mode of document management in colleges and universities has changed and document information is digitized. Through survey data analyzing and program designing, we can find out the status of University Digital document Management and the electronic document problems in the work, which can provide a realistic basis for the research and practice of electronic document in colleges and universities.
