Penentuan Faktor Berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan Jasa Logistik di Kota Padang

Abstract

Abstract: The research objective is to determine the factors that influence the performance of business process logistics service companies in the city of Padang and to formulate the direction of logistics policy in the city of Padang based on the predetermined factors. Data processing consisted of reliability testing using Cronbach's alpha method, validity testing using the analysis corrected item-total correlations method and then conducting factor analysis using exploratory factor analysis (EFA). The results of the factor analysis show that there are four groups of factors for business processes and five groups of factors for SCM factors. Reduction of factors in business processes consists of 33 variables into 16 variables, while SCM factors only eliminate one variable. The results of the study found several important things that need to be of concern to the government, namely transportation, quality of human resources, labor wages, storage warehouses, transport capacity, availability of means of transportation, and security. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja proses bisnis perusahaan jasa logistik di Kota Padang dan merumuskan arah kebijakan logistik di Kota Padang berdasarkan faktor-faktor yang telah ditentukan. Pengolahan data terdiri dari uji reliabilitas dengan metode Cronbach's alpha, uji validitas dengan metode analisis korelasi item-total terkoreksi dan kemudian analisis faktor dengan analisis faktor eksploratori (EFA). Hasil analisis faktor menunjukkan bahwa terdapat empat kelompok faktor proses bisnis dan lima kelompok faktor faktor SCM. Pengurangan faktor dalam proses bisnis terdiri dari 33 variabel menjadi 16 variabel, sedangkan faktor SCM hanya mengeliminasi satu variabel. Hasil kajian menemukan beberapa hal penting yang perlu menjadi perhatian pemerintah yaitu transportasi, kualitas SDM, upah tenaga kerja, gudang penyimpanan, kapasitas angkut, ketersediaan sarana transportasi, dan keamanan.
