Abstract

Career planning is crucial in helping students to improve their career awareness and employability. This study conducted a quantitative study with 433 questionnaires (M=208, F=225, Mage=21.6) on the situations of university students' career planning. Correlation analysis, difference analysis and cluster analysis (K-means algorithm and Pam algorithm) were used with SPSS statistics software to understand their status in four indicators–self-understanding., status assessment., career exploration and decision action.
