本研究的目的是:1)确定自我效能感对员工绩效是否具有积极显著的影响2)确定自我效能感对工作满意度是否具有积极显著的影响3)确定工作满意度对员工绩效是否具有积极显著的影响4)通过工作满意度作为中介变量确定自我效能感对员工绩效是否具有积极显著的影响。通过通径分析发现,自我效能感对员工绩效有积极显著的影响,其标准化系数贝塔值为0.432或43.2%;自我效能感对工作满意度有积极显著的影响,其标准化系数贝塔值为0.857或85.7%;工作满意度对员工绩效有积极显著的影响,其标准化系数贝塔值为0.534或53.4%,自我效能感通过工作满意度作为中介变量,通过标准化系数贝塔值(自我效能感对员工绩效的影响)对员工绩效有积极显著的影响,自我效能感对工作满意度的影响为0.857 x 0.534 = 0.457或45.7%。
