Abstract
Applying the generalized Volterra series approach we have analyzed a four-port frequency doubler. With this new analysis technique it has become possible to determine the influence of several distinct circuit parameters on output power. Especially, the contribution of the reflection coefficients has been evaluated. Comparison with experimental results revealed good agreement with theoretical values.
