Within AWE, a grassroots network called the “Women’s Network” has been set up to provide a place for exchanging information relevant to employees in a more informal atmosphere. Within SET, the focus will be on helping employees to understand the benefits of a diverse and inclusive workforce and the behaviours we need to display to develop our talent.
