Abstract

The design goal of Cloud Service Customer Experience Management System Enhanced by AI is to optimize cloud product and service modes to achieve the best customer experience. The system designed in this paper constructs a multidimensional customer label system, a cloud product knowledge graph, and a cloud service knowledge graph, and analyzes and mines customers’ real-time feedback data collected by a variety of AI interactive methods.
