This study aims to analyze what strategies must be carried out by the livestock partners of livestock partners in the village of Sasa in developing their business. This research took place from September to October 2018 with the sampling method used was the purposive sample method while the analytical method used was a qualitative analysis (SWOT). Data was collected, then compared in two factors, external opportunities and threats — internal factors, strengths, and weaknesses that can affect the progress of the company.
