Improved data-collection method for mobile-radio planning and installation

Abstract

The paper describes one of the stages in a mobile-radio planning project, namely the collection and processing of the data needed to plan and install a mobile-radio network. In view of the lack of accuracy of the usual data-collection method, an alternative solution has been devised based on a more efficient system, which should also contribute to better frequency-spectrum managment.
