Distributed circuit CAD systems based on Web services technology

Abstract

Implementation of Web services technology in computer - aided design (CAD) systems and the problems involved are dealt with. Comparative evaluation of the possible software development methods based on Web services technology for platform-independent circuit CAD systems is made. General methodology of preliminary Web services testing and that of creating client applications in distributed platform-independent computer-aided design systems is treated.
