The Non-probabilistic sample was used on (84%) employees - out of the total participants number of (275) of the senior and middle administration (directors, heads) of the Ministry of Social Affairs operating in Baghdad, The data collected along with the AMOS and SPSS V.23 statistical analyses software. The results showed a positive relation between the reliable leadership and the knowledge sharing.
