Modeling the Processes of Forming Dynamic Information about the Structure of Classes of Prime Numbers on a Given Basis

Abstract

A method for computer modeling of the processes of forming classes of prime numbers in the generalized hypothesis of Artin has been developed. The effectiveness of randomization methods in estimating Artin's constants has been proven. Methods of analysis of the classes of constants are given and the properties of the classes are investigated. Areas of application of Artin's generalized hypothesis.
