Therefore study and use of renewable sources of energy for produce of electrical energy is a topical task. Abstract

In Uzbekistan is present very much of items, which compactly dispersed near to underground water wells and the mountain rivers, deprived of the centralized power supply and network of communication. The basic activity of the inhabitants of these areas is the farm and for its development wireless mobile communication could be in perspective to replace telephone communication. But the embrace by mobile communication of all peripheral territory of the country restrains by difficulty in maintenance by a reliable source of power supply of base stations.
