Abstract

The placement of FACTS-devices sandwich panels buildings leads to excessive heating of the metal structures. Eliminating guidance eddy current allows the use of screening devices for the three-phase reactor. In the numerical simulation Software ANSYS, made search for the best performance of the electromagnetic screen. 3D-modeling has shown that the best option is a screen of steel sheet 0.8 mm thick.
