Abstract
This paper reports a simple rectifier featuring a relatively high efficiency in connection with low input power. The measured RF-DC conversion efficiency reaches 30% at -20 dBm input power level, which, to the best knowledge of the authors, represents the highest record among all the reported works so far for this power range.
