Case Analysis of Rural E-Commerce Development Model in County Areas of Sichuan Province: Taking Qingshen County and Xuyong County as an Example

Abstract

Since rural e-commerce plays a positive role in promoting industrial development in poor areas and pov-erty alleviation and enrichment of poor people, it has gradually become the focus of attention in rural eco-nomic development, as well as a vehicle to promote targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitalization. Since the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Finance jointly launched the "E-commerce into the countryside" project, Sichuan Province, as a unique agricultural province with agricultural resources, has actively promoted the implementation of the project and achieved good results. Taking Qingshen county and Xuyong county in sichuan province as examples, this paper analyzes the development status of rural e-commerce in the two counties from the perspective of county subjects, summarizes and puts for-ward the development model of rural e-commerce in counties, and provides reference for the development of rural e-commerce in sichuan province.
