The proposed Q-SIP/SDP session management scheme is also considered for DLS (Direct-Link Setup) for making QoS-guaranteed session between STAs located in same BSS (basic service set). Abstract

Many broadband end user terminals in home/office networks are attached to IEEE 802.11 wireless LAN (WLAN) that provides the advantages of portability. In realtime multimedia service provisioning in WLAN-based on home/office intranet, however, it is essential to have an efficient QoS-guaranteed session management scheme between QAP and STAs.
