It is hard to argue that e-participation tools are becoming increasingly popular among Ukrainians. This applies to its highest form – namely the involvement of citizens in decision-making. Increasing the interest of Ukrainians in participating in public administration at the general, regional and local levels is a priority for the development of e-democracy.
