The accuracy of the range and bearing estimates is then examined with respect to the noise level in the energy measurements relative to that in TDOAs. For comparison purpose, the CRLB for the range and bearing estimates is also derived. We find that energy measurements improve more the accuracy in range than in bearing. Abstract
