In this paper, a novel Vivaldi antenna is proposed for measurement system. The design and optimization method is introduced. By applying a tapered-slot structure to the conventional Vivaldi antenna, the radiation characteristics of the antenna are obviously improved. The band width of the proposed antenna is extended to lower frequency band. Abstract
