We used a qualitative research design, which included interactions with both industry specialists and average customers as part of our investigation. Abstract

In the most recent few years, the retail online store has emerged as the most prominent trend in the field of social services. People have a tendency to shop online at retail websites an increasing amount. This pattern is expected to continue to gain momentum as a direct result of the development of 3D virtual reality. As a result of this, the potential for the establishment of online retail outlets has garnered a lot of interest.
