Abstract
The number of people with colorectal cancer is increasing, and the establishment of a computer-aided diagnosis support system using endoscopic images is desired in medical practice. It is desired to realize computer-aided diagnosis for automated classification of benign/malignant polyps from the endoscope image. For cancer to grow, it is necessary to grow blood vessels, which serve as a supply path for supplying oxygen and nutrients to cancer cells so that accurate blood vessel structure analysis has potential importance. In this paper, by using the latent geometric information of blood vessels, a novel blood vessel analysis method is proposed for aiming to realize the computer-aided diagnosis of endoscopy.
