Abstract

We have developed a 5-GHz radio-on-fiber link using a narrow-band DFB-LD and temperature control-free technique. Performance of IM3 /spl les/ -40 dBc and CNR /spl ges/ 50 dB was achieved between -10 and 60 degrees, and 16-optical-distribution in 2-km transmission was also estimated.
