Abstract

This paper describes a software system for performing distributing computing according to the 'Grid Computing' paradigm. The proposed system improves many characteristics of previous Grid systems, concerning in particular the distribution of the code and the execution times. The idea behind this work was to use XML to describe algorithms; XML documents are easily distributed and executed using a virtual machine.
