Abstract

This paper presents a low voltage, low power CMOS OTA that can be used in high frequency applications. The basic topology using differential input single output OTA is simulated in TSMC 90nm CMOS process technology. The simulation results indicate high bandwidth, greater than 10GHz with 0.721mW power consumption and the transconductance of -69.78dB.
