Contract clauses

Abstract

All applicants must use the attached FY 2015 Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Master Agreement as the contract clauses when applying for Federal assistance through the FY 2016 annual applications for any public transportation program(s) administered by the Office of Passenger Transportation, Michigan Department of Transportation. The Master Agreement identifies the Federal authorizing legislation, regulations, and directives pertinent to the program or programs for which the Applicant seeks Federal assistance. Federal laws, regulations, and directives that do not apply will not be enforced. Nevertheless, the Applicant understands and agrees that it must comply with all applicable Federal laws and regulations, and follow applicable Federal directives, except to the extent that FTA determines otherwise in writing.
