Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Control in Remote Areas under Poverty Prevention and Control: A Case Study of Liangshan Yi District, China

Abstract

: Based on the normalization of epidemic prevention and control, we deeply studied and analyzed the impact of the epidemic on poverty reduction strategy in remote areas, and found that the remote labor force in the remote areas could not be effectively exported, the agricultural products were not salable, the technical guidance for poverty alleviation and development could not be carried out, the support efforts were weakened, the support funds were tight, and the relocation of rural poor houses was improved. And infrastructure projects have been shut down, which has seriously affected the progress of poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation in remote areas, and it is facing a severe test to realize the task of poverty alleviation as scheduled. Therefore, we should make scientific adjustment and supplement to the strategy of poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation, implement skill training to promote employment, focus on poverty alleviation and income increase of characteristic industries, promote the construction of poverty alleviation targets, and supervise and improve quality, efficiency and pressure on responsibility.
