Walkers can bring many conveniences to the lives of the elderly and provide a lot of support for the development of social elderly care. At present, the walkers on the market cannot help the elderly solve travel problems very well. Most of them ignore the psychological feelings of elderly users, and cannot meet the growing multi-dimensional and high-quality elderly life needs of the elderly. To this end, we designed an all-round intelligent follow-up walker; firstly, we obtained the basic data of user needs through user interviews and questionnaires. Design practice of azimuth-oriented intelligent follow-up walker, and finally verified the practicability of the walker through the physical model test. The all-round intelligent follow-up walker can meet the needs of users for daily community travel, walking assistance and storage. It has a high degree of integration of existing technologies and has a wide range of application prospects.
