The Application of New Technology Carrier in China’s Judicial Work under the COVID-19 Epidemic

Abstract

: In recent years, China has actively applied new technology to judicial work, so that in the face of the special situation of the COVID-19 epidemic, we can use the new technology carrier to carry out judicial activities, to deal with and solve the current problems. This paper analyzes the effects of various new technology carriers in legal proceedings, legal services and epidemic prevention and control in China, and points out the existing shortcomings.
