Abstract

The questions of education quality management at universities and training of specialists in demand on labor market are considered. An important part of the formation of the range and content of degree programs of universities is monitoring employers' demands in personnel. The monitoring enterprises demand for young specialists system as a comprehensive and systematic mechanism for providing training of specialists for the labor market is described. As an example, a typical method of analysis of the needs of enterprises for young specialists based on a survey of employers is offered as one of the components of the monitoring system.
