Abstract

It has been demonstrated that radiometric correction field experiment is very important for the spaceborne sensors to inspect their calibration accuracy. 2011 microwave radiometric correction experiment for the payloads on FengYun-3 meteorological satellites was carried out for two weeks on November at the microwave radiometric correction site of China located in Pu'er. In this paper, the procedure and the data processing approach of the field experiment are described. And the preliminary results are analyzed in the end.
